About Red Box

Your Virtual Assistant in Portugal

Emma Crabtree, VA

emma3.jpgemma3.jpgHello from Emma Crabtree, owner and manager of Red Box Virtual Office.

I have been operating Red Box Virtual Office since June 2005. In September 2004, my husband (whose idea it was), cats and I relocated from sunny Tooting, London, to central Portugal.

Not being anywhere near retirement age and not speaking very good Portuguese, we needed a regular, useful means of paying the bills and Red Box Virtual Office & Virtual Assistant Services was born.

My experience has been garnered mainly in not-for-profit organisations and small, private enterprises.  Roles have included office management, PA to directors and partners, team co-ordinator and administrator, and have involved working with between 2 and 250 people.

Red Box provides a number of individuals and SMEs with day to day administration support, such as call answering, managing emails, writing correspondence, internet research and web site maintenance.  There are no borders or customs officials when you work with a VA & my clientele has been spread throughout Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australasia.

By using a virtual assistant and outsourcing your administration, you can save yourself and your business time and money.

As a client, you can expect my focus and dedication to your on-going needs; attention to detail in all work that is carried out for you; a willingness to learn and appreciate your way of working; flexibility and an ability to be proactive and take the initiative where appropriate.

Company Profile
